All our quoting appointments are done by either Tim or an experienced installations manager (not a salesperson). We strongly disagree with pressure selling techniques and give you as much time as you need to make a decision on your synthetic lawn installation.

Product and workmanship warranties
We offer a 7-year product warranty and a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the installation, we come back and fix it for free.

Tim Kennedy
Tim is a fully licensed landscaper with more than 20 years of experience in the landscaping industry, and 15 years of experience in the synthetic grass industry.
The team at Australian Synthetic Lawns provide a premium service and quality synthetic lawns. From consultation to delivery, they have been very easy to work with and answered every question I had. I thought about doing it myself, but I’m happy I left it to the experts.

The kids were equally excited to get on the lawn and run around with no dirt everywhere! The quality and the feel is amazing. I wasn’t to keen at first on having synthetic lawn just assumed that it was like getting Green Carpet, but this is not the case. I now feel it’s price less to have less maintenance and a good looking lawn that stays green all the time, specially with young active kids. We got a few quotes for our backyard which had patchy grass and uneven ground. Although they were not the cheapest, they were definitely well priced. They were by far the most professional and had the nicest feeling/looking artificial grass. We had to put our plans on hold for a while because of another project and Carina was very responsive when we got back to her a year later. The final result was AMAZING and looks so lovely and useable. Once they started the work, they were very organised and efficient, making sure they put protective sheeting in the house where they had to bring everything through. It was all done in one day, and completely hassle free. Highly recommended!
